We welcome you to our 100 year old colonial style homestead, "Hiamoe". We are based in Waiata, near Colyton, Feilding and Palmerston North and offer bed and breakfast farmstay on a 595Ha deer, sheep and cattle property.

We offer 2 comfortable guestrooms (1 bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, the other with a double and single bed), large living and dining areas, verandas and a fenced swimming pool. Hiamoe offers accommodation for a family of up to 5 or alternatively two couples travelling together can be easily accommodated We never have more than one group at a time.
Hiamoe means "sleepy hollow" and Waiata means "singing waters" in Maori and it is our aim to offer a home away from home with an above level of hospitality in a relaxed environment. We offer family friendly bed and breakfast accommodation with warm country hospitality and guarantee a unique farm stay experience in a real farming environment.
